$880.00 2 sessions per week for 1 month. Unused sessions roll-over to next month.

$1,760.00 4 sessions per week for 1 month.

Online Coaching

$500.00 monthly, 3 month commitment. Get personalized programs emailed to you and weekly 30-minute video chat sessions to discuss the work done, strategies to overcome adversity, and how to approach the week of programing ahead. Includes unlimited text/email correspondence. Must complete Initial Assessment prior to start.
